The file at http://www.cwdjr.net/mpg/Caruso1903.m3u has an end of file
marker (hex 0a).

The file http://www.cwdjr.net/mpg/Caruso1903.m3u has *no* end of file
marker.

I have no idea if that's what makes the difference.
