How many other languages have you coded? If the answer is none, you may
want a basic primer on any language, something that explains basic things
like variable scope, control structures, and so forth. After that, you
just look at the PHP manual to find out how it does these things.
If you have used other languages, what specifically is the problem in
getting off the ground with PHP?
