Which other FTP clients offer so much or more than Internet Neighborhood?
Which FTP client can be bought paying cash or by invoice?
Of course I could be using a free FTP client just for a few files and then
Internet Neighborhood for the others but it would be better to find a more
complete solution. I think that my version of Internet Neighborhood 4.5 is
old now.

I meant Linux. http://www.linux.org/
An alternative solution would be perhaps to test Linux as operative system
on the computer in which I have installed Windows 98 and use another FTP
client
on that platform. But I guess it would take much longer to do that.
