Thanks for you repsonse Andy.
re: windows log shows "server specific error 1" that's all.
re http.con file: can paste http.conf fle here. but evenr emoved all
comment lines, its still about 1000 lines long.
would it be possible to point me to etries that could be wrong?
Des apache like a EOF marker at the end of the http.conf file?
I endited this file with Multi-Edit and ME adds anEOF amreker at the of
the file. Could that cause the problems?
