I would say I am. I've spent the last 15 years in part training programmers.
Not PHP, but C, C++ and Java, amongst other things. My customers were a large
part of the Fortune 1000 companies. In that time I've trained hundreds of
programmers. I've seen first hand the problems they have. As others have said
here - I've taught the basics. Once you know those, the rest comes easy. And
you get those by writing your own code - not by just reading others. Examples
are nice. But they are no substitute for doing it yourself.
Also, it wasn't that long ago I was learning PHP, also. I still remember what
it was like. But I was also able to find what I needed.
People here are willing to help those who try to help themselves. You've gotten
some great suggestions. Do yourself a favor and learn from the experts. Or,
keep your current attitude which isn't isn't helping you one bit. Soon you
won't get any help from this group.
