It was my impression that the manual was aimed mainly
at Linux, or at least Unix, users.
In any case, the remark I made -
which was that it was not really wise
to discuss installation of a web-server -
would apply equally to Linux or Windows.
However, this was only a very minor point
in my fairly mild criticism of the manual.
My main criticism - still not very strong -
was that it would have been better to have included clear instuctions
on how to run the sample programs.
