 Seriously -
 
 The article should outline it but basically, backup your system databases
 and be prepared to reinstall SQL Server and restore your backups.
 
 (Generally the user databases are unaffacted.)
 
 Note too though if you don't already have SP3 installed, your full-text
 indexes will be invalidated, so you may want to read up on backing them up
 and restoring them also.
