Is the project to build a neclear weapon, mass manufactuing, global
coporate position, or a back shed builder..
And by contracters do u mean a team of 2000 * 2 contracters
or 4 * 0.25 - ie hack of all trades ..
Structural pricing ... now let me thing about how much I can get .. only
