I am looking for a script/program a Form Creator that will allow me to:-
Make a form with fields
Have required fields
Allow the information to be previewed prior to being submitted
Submitted info sent back to the submitter (autoresponder) with submitted
details and other info.....
The submitted info able to be easily retrieved from a web browser onto an
Excel spreadsheet.
I found all this in a Program Form Processor Pro but with one exception that
I need.....
I run courses for teachers... so in addition to the above I need to be able
include on the form
1. Radio Button to select a course (can add that OK)
2. Details of the course - not a problem
3. Details of course cost (if any)
4. Total cost (if any)
3. Be able to add XX places available in this course (this is the part I
can't do) the form is connected to a SQL database and I know how to create a
table and a field in a table and Insert a number.
4. When a person selects and submits a form the courses selected will have
the number on the next form reduced by 1 (i.e. XX-1)
5. When the XX = 0 I don't want the form to be able to be submitted but the
person referrred back to the page.
I'm looking at 2 possibilities:
1. If the script can be modified to allow me to do this with ease - my
budget is US$100 or,
2. If there is another script that will alow me to do this for a similar
price...
