You haven't done your job until you've told the person who's asking
you to do this why exactly it will not only not work, but also annoy
real visitors/customers. Shouldn't cost you too much effort to
convince them imo, as I'm yet to meet a site owner who still wants to
annoy his visitors after having heard good motives not to. (Apart from
font-size issues that is <g>)
Of course, if he (or she) is really ignorant... ;-)
