Here's a site I've been working on so I thought I'd post the Work in
progress here before I continue further to get some feedback !

the target site is smarty.sf.net of which I am one of the admins !

I've started taking the code from the wiki
(http://smarty.incutio.com/?page=SmartyPlugins) with the intention of
having it downloadable as a tarball and cvs..

Few questions really..

if the idea worth pursuing ?

Where do I stand "legally" .. am I allowed to do this ?

Was thinking of putting a "rating" system and "user comments".. would
this be helpful ?

Anyone have any other ideas or suggestions ?
