For Imapd:

make slx &&
cp imapd/imapd /usr/local/sbin/ &&

cd c-client &&
cp c-client.a /usr/local/lib/libc-client.a &&
cp rfc822.h /usr/local/include/ &&
cp mail.h /usr/local/include/ &&
cp linkage.h /usr/local/include/



For PHP:
add just '--with-imap' '--with-imap-ssl'
