Sorry to bother you but I don't know which newsgroup was most appropriate
for the posting of this question.
Have any of you ever used a product called KnowIT from a company called
TraverseIT? I tried to find more details on their website
http://www.traverseit.com but it appears that they're a rather new startup
with little web content. Based on what we know, they have an open source
based Knowledge Management product that we're about to evaluate but we'd
also like other opinions from any existing users.
