Oh boy, another "let's find a pointless use for CSS", seriously, just
do those up in yer graphics proggie and encode them properly. They
might be 3 or 4 kb bigger, but they'll look nicer, will load nicer
(instead of piece spattering) and will take less code (just use a
simple Javascript rollover). That's always been my gripe with CSS,
it's always trying to reinvent everything for n00bs who haven't
bothered to think outside the CSS box.

Those icons blow, they look like somebody hit the button on the
Wayback machine. You know you can have simple icons that don't look
like they came out of an icon package from 1992...I'm just sayin.
