Sorry, didn't actually answer your question!
Missing argument 2 for check_zero() in
> c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ecurry\order.php on line 5
means that you have not supplied all the neccessary arguments to the
function you are calling - is it check($arg1, $arg2) or
check_zero($arg1, $arg2)?...
