You *can* do that, but it's such a bad idea, I don't even remember how...

And not all browsers support it anyway.

Sort of.

Just put your script in thumbnail.php and do like this:

<img src=thumbnail.php?img_src=filename.jpg>

You'll need to add a line to actually call the thumb($img_src) or take out
the function stuff.
