I'm glad I opened up this topic for discussion as clearly there is a lot
more to hiding your email address than first thought.
I wonder.....
Do these email reaper bots work in the same way as search engine bots? i.e.
can they be turned away from certain pages of your website using robots.txt
file? - that way you could have your home page with an email address as an
image (with no mailto command) and that page made visible to bots, then all
other pages have 'mailto' email addresses but excluded from bot searches by
listing those pages in your robots.txt file
Would that work?????
