If your confusion is about how to design a business web page go to
http://www.oswd.org/, pick one, and use one of the many free HTML
editors to make the necessary changes. The same program will probably
include some commands (FTP) to allow you to transfer your pages to
your web site.
If your confusion is about how to make your web page accessible from
the Internet the basic procedure is to register a name (e.g.
invalid.co.uk), find a computer to host your site and designate a name
server for that name that will translate invalid.co.uk to the IP
address (number) of the host. Your ISP will probably handle all those
tasks for you but you can separate them if you want to.
