Start by thinking _why_ you would create the page. What would you like to
accomplish, as a change in the state of affairs in reality, compared with the
situation where you have no web page?
The "why" question is all-important, and most miseries in web page creation
stem from not considering it at all, or by answering it hastily. Jakob
Nielsen, the usability specialist, has a word on this, too:
