It is most probably a SPAM filter.
Make sure that you are using a valid email address to send from and that the
relay you use is not blacklisted somewhere.
I tend to rather use PHPMailer
(http://www.phpclasses.org/browse/package/264.html) when sending email as it
does most of the hard work for you.
