Easiest way to prevent page caching: Firefox Web Developer Toolbar.  I 
listed some of the features here: 
http://tips.webdesign10.com/web-developer-toolbar.htm 
 
You just click on "Disable" and then on "Disable Cache", and the browser 
will stop caching pages.
