Solved,
Just in case someone finds it usefull.

I could get the raw post with :
$send = $GLOBALS['HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA'];

And then the headers I need in the $_SERVER globals.
$header[] = "MessageType:$_SERVER[HTTP_MESSAGETYPE]"; // CALL
$header[] = "Content-Type:$_SERVER[CONTENT_TYPE]"; // text/xml
