My index page used to validate, but apparently the w3c made some changes
in its validator to alter that condition to my detriment. Anyway, I had
to make some adjustments and when I did, there became available to me
some new validation images which actually took into account various
alpha inconsistencies, one of which caused my own problem. In a spirit
of bonhomie, I've affixed the image pair to the bottom of my site's home
page at:

....where you may download them at your leisure.
