I can't think of one good reason a competent IT department would insist
on Netscape 4.7. I could believe a pointy haired boss type manager
insisting, but not an IT department!
Oh, wait. Keyword, "competent". D'oh! Is your head of IT a pencil
pusher with no actual computer knowledge?
