"3.7.7.2 A Registered Name Holder's willful provision of inaccurate or
unreliable information, its willful failure promptly to update
information provided to Registrar, or its failure to respond for over
fifteen calendar days to inquiries by Registrar concerning the
accuracy of contact details associated with the Registered Name
Holder's registration shall constitute a material breach of the
Registered Name Holder-registrar contract and be a basis for
cancellation of the Registered Name registration."
While the "name" of the registration can be anything...the contact
info has to be valid. Guess what you dribbling twitling...Mad Hatter's
registration information is valid and true.
Valid telephone number, valid snail mail address, valid e-mail
address.
Even then he has 15 days to change it to be compliant.
So netKKKop away you infected puss oozing pustule.
If I want to I can change the Registration on Insurgent.org to have a
contact name of "Fly Cooter" and there is not a damn thing you can do
about it but have sour grapes and throw a UseNet hissy fit you spoiled
tantrum throwing little punk.
