Yes, leave it alone, i.e., don't muck with it! Then your table rows will
display as rows (as they should) and the table data cells will display
as cell(as they should).

If you need a hammer, use a hammer.
If you need a screwdriver, use a screwdriver.
Don't try to make screwdriver more 'hammer-ish' to hammer nails or make
the hammer more 'screwdriver-ish' to drive screws!
