Hi
I got a simple problem:
I need to have allow_url_fopen on for a certain directory and so I
wanted to control it by .htaccess file.
now I can control other php_flags like register_globals in this
directory (so apache allows the Override) but I just simple can't get
the following line to work:
php_flag allow_url_fopen on
any help is appreciated
