In my HTML file the HREF tag is: <A
HREF="www.google.com" TARGET="_blank">google.com</A>

When clicked, the link in then directed to:
http://10.10.1.5/test-a/ref/www.google.com

Basically it seems like it appends the link to the URL
path.

Is this a PHP or Apache problem and how do I fix it?
