I doubt it. If the OP is getting the source code to appear
"almost right". If it was a browser cache problem it would be
totally unlike the intended.
The OP should ftp something up and give a url and/or make an
exact copy of source and post it here so we can see and maybe
find a missing " or and unwanted character to explain it or to
simply assess and enjoy and wonder at the sheerness of the
mystery...
