Chris Cornell is the lead singer of a rock band. You want Chris Caputo if
you're referring to Altopia and he won't do anything about it unless you
can prove that one of his accounts is being used for spamming (as it looks
like you're trying to show), death threats or child pr0n.
I'd just ignore the guy you don't like or use a killfile. If he
excessively morphs his handle (to hop out of killfiles), then Altopia
might warn him about that and eventually terminate his account. I know
that Cotse doesn't allow excessive name morphing for the explicit purpose
of trolling or hopping out of killfiles (though you *can* change your
handle numerous times within reason.)
