Yes, but some clients want CSS driven pages. I work as a contractor,
some of my clients could care less, others want CSS layouts. I'm
comfortable hand coding HTML, tables, nested tables. To some, nested
tables is a very bad thing.

Yes, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash - to name a few. I'd rather focus on
learning new vector and raster programs as well as reaching new levels
of design, than focus on code/languages. I'd rather study Flash
scripting and Macromedia Director. I do like coding however.
The web has really kept designers busy. I wonder how many coders have
had to learn design and the tools.
I do not use Dreamweaver, but I bet a new tool comes into the market
that exports CSS. Do you think? Then you'll all be screaming.. :)
