That's because in Gwynedd they still eat badgers and burn incomers in

Down here in the Valleys I know lots of Welsh-speakers. They're _all_
English with a connection to local government, or their kids. The
locally-born I know are more likely to have Italian as a second
language.
Mind you, the main language around here is mid-Atlantic Chav.
