Not sure where those block-level warnings came from. I just
re-uploaded the same css file and it's not giving me that anymore on
the validation.
Those warnings about the background color are on the elements where I'm
using background: transparent. The validator doesn't seem to be
recognizing that as a valid background color.
The errors for the unrecognized } characters are part of the errors for
the * lines. Those will go away when I put the IE-specific lines into
another stylesheet.
