Hatter is about as significant as a speck on a nit's ass. I usually
block anything that has backwater-productions in it. But I had some
slack time and thought I would jump in the mix. When things get busy
after Thanksgiving, the rule will be active again and he (and his
laughable experience) will go away again until the next time I want to
play.
