In CSS, how do I make a child object's style change when the parent is
hovered?

IE,

<ul>
<li>Something
<ul>
<li>else</li>
<li>else</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Something
<ul>
<li>else</li>
<li>else</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>


Make the "else"s turn red when "Something" is hovered.
