Well which of the two DLLs do you actually want to use? php_mssql.dll
is NOT the same as php_msql.dll

More to the point NEITHER of them are used for MySQL! They're for
Microsoft SQL Server. PHP5 + MySQL 4.1 should be using the
php_mysqli.dll ideally.
