If that's the case. Then it's in your best interest to get rid of the
frames.

Then how the hell do you expect people to find your site. Considering
the Mighty Google is one of the most (if not the most used SE's in the
world) I would be doing everything poesable to try and get indexed. Not
the other way around.

Pointless really. If you are going to use frames you might as well put
a bit more effort in and make your whole bloody site inaccessible!.
The point is. it's still harder for the SE's to find your content if
it's hidden in a frame.
so that's no option to remove..
What. The frameset or the Flash, which I might point out that 10% of
your visitors won't even see.
