This is not what the OP is saying or meaning. He is imagining it from
the point of view of the user. I don't know too many folk who know what
the home button is when it is at home. OP is perfectly right that it is
somewhat absurd that a nav pane scrolls away. This is the price one
pays for better overall "non-frames" technology. But this is a
different thing. The lack of a sense of absurdity comes from
familiarity. There is a deep sense in which a scrolling away main nav
is absurd. Face absurdity honestly and squarely. You can do it
Spartanicus! :)
