Thank you! ... Self taught, but I have booked a week long course for
Flash 8 next month. I'm no hardcore Flash-er! Ahem. Yet, anyway. I seem
to be spending more and more time working with Flash at my "day job".

Stick at it! The only formal training I've ever had is... well
art-school. I didn't go to university.
