Netscape 7.x is quite a distance behind the current Mozilla engines. I
would recommend (if you need the suite) the latest Mozilla or - I've
heard - the new Seamonkey suite, or the separate Firefox and Thunderbird
companions.
Personally, I'd recommend Firefox and Thunderbird, both versions 1.5.
