Well. It depends on what the client wants really They should give you
some sort of idea of the content they want on the site, or they may,
most likely just give you the content they need you too place on the
web.]
In which case, you would set up the page accordingly, depending on the
needs of the audience.
You could style the page useing CSS, or just use a simple two colum
table or whatever you want to do, or what ever you feel confident
doing.
If it's a site for a small group, then you probly don't want to make
the site too complex though.
