The only people who are likely to be stopped by that, are those people who's
infringement of your copyright would be so minor as to be not worth
worrying about.

Nothing.

The browser has to download the image in order to display it.

Larger than full-screen? That must be a very large image indeed (given that
my screen is effectively 3000 pixels across, and I can set a virtual
desktop to be even larger then the output of my graphics card).
