Not for me - my browser doesn't allow it. Just disable Javascript (or
use a decent browser), and their script will do nothing. And there are
plenty of other ways, including those you have listed.

Nothing. Or they could save the entire page, which would include the
image.

Impossible. As David said, by the time the user sees it, their browser
has already downloaded it. Even if you could do all the above, they can
still get it out of their cache.

Your best bet is to add a watermark to the image with your copyright
info. That should deter most people. Anyone who still takes it will have
to be contacted by your lawyer.
