Well, you run it from the command line.
And it makes dialog boxes.
Maybe not the kind of dialog boxes you wanted or whatever, but that pretty
much sums up GTK PHP in a nutshell...
One should also consider http://php.net/ncurses, but that was already
referenced, I do believe.
