For the first occurence, it's possible to do it like this:
<dfn><abbr title="Abbreviation">abbr</abbr> (Abbreviation)</dfn>
Especially if it is clear to the

I really must say /want to say that
- IE 7 beta 2 supports attribute selector and
- IE 7 beta 2 also supports <abbr> like it should.
