Hi Greg/Phil

I think Phil is well aware for the need for backups especially if he read
the sections in BOL that I suggested. Having multiple quotes may show him
more information where he can at least ask the awkward questions and compare
the answers.

If the account has done his homework then he should have done a
report/presentation for the board that lists the different packages and what
they do, as there is a legal responsibilty for the maintainance of the
accounts that rests with the directors assuming this is a limited company.

The choice of supplier should also be separated from the choice of the
tools. Other options may be products from CODA, SunSystems or Sage at a
guess.
