Wrong report. Since it involved the mail, I reported it to the U.S.
Postal Service inspector. They take a very dim view of this.
I also reported it to the Federal Trade Commission - since it says 'add
me to your newsletter...'. If the person doesn't actually issue a
newsletter, it falls under the fraud statutes.
