That's not what the ad shows at all. As I am sure you could find an
ASP.NET programmer for the same $10/hour in the countries mentioned. As
for the market... there is one, as during the last 5 years I have been
unemployed... well never actually. In fact I've always had to get my
annual leave payed out, as I never have the time to take it.
The bottom line is, there is always a market for the right man/woman.
Always, this goes for everything in life.
