HTML still isn't as good as Windows help files.

YOU WHAT TO USE!
You keep telling me I should be using IDE's, HTML help files, etc.
Wrong, wrong, wrong! I use what is best for me and on my projects.
No, it's not "Windows tunnel vision". It's what *I* use. You use
whatever you want.
