There are a number of things you can do, some work better than others
in certain browsers/circumstances. I put them all in, just for luck...
header("Expires: Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT"); // Date in the past

always modified
header("Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate"); //
